    When you are funded for a grant, you are required to return a completed Grant Receipts Summary Form along with all the original receipts from your purchases.

  • FINAL STEPS

    1. Cash your check immediately! (Do not deposit in school accounts.)

    2. Purchase your approved grant items.

    3. Write a personal thank you note to your donor.

    4. Submit this form by Sept 30 with a copy of your receipts.

    5. Your receipts should reflect your approved grant application “Budget Items” sheet. (Any substitutions must be clarified and approved by NMSF and your principal prior to purchase).
